The peaceful and relaxing eco-friendly Glasshouse Mountains Ecolodge is ideally positioned in the heart of the Glass House Mountains and provides Sunshine Coast Hinterland accommodation in South-east Queensland, Australia.
The remarkable Glasshouse Mountains are a series of steep sided volcanic plugs which dominate the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. You can climb, scale, walk around or simply gaze at them from the front entrance of your accommodation at the Ecolodge.
Located just 90 minutes north of Brisbane in the heart of the National Heritage listed Glasshouse Mountains, a stay at the Ecolodge is a truly unique experience. Explore off the beaten track, go for a bush walk or listen to the sounds of the Australian bush from your own room.
With an outdoor deck and spectacular views of Mt Tibrogargan the Glasshouse Mountains Ecolodge is a truly relaxing holiday experience. Guests may wish to take advantage of our beautifully restored Queensland Rail carriage for preparing their own meals or dine out at one of the cafes, restaurants and hotels in the area.
Walking tracks of the Glasshouse Mountains start at the front entrance of the Ecolodge and other activities include cycling, picnicking, bird and butterfly watching, tree planting, abseiling, climbing, skydiving, kayaking, hot air ballooning, staying on the Sunshine Coast and visiting the Australia Zoo.

The Family Rainforest View Room is a cool and comfortable room with tiled floors and outside patio with table and seating, offering delightful views of the garden and rainforest area. The room further comprises a private en-suite bathroom with shower, ceiling fans, heating, wireless internet access, a desk, hairdryer, iron/ironong board, all towels and linen. The Queen Studio Mountain View Room opens onto an outdoor deck overlooking the orchard and provides a spectacular view of a 25 million year old volcanic plug - Mt. Tibrogargan.
